Possible exchanges to ENTER with CV2

Hello it is me again,

Let's make a List of exchanges where we can put Colossuscoin v2 to.
Be sure to check what is needed to put a coin on an exchange.

To kick of and show an example : i have send an request to Livecoin.net. I will let the community know when i have an answer. Livecoin works with a voting system ( like almost all exchanges). so everybodie needs to vote when the voting starts.
